I have been a customer of The tashi agency for several years now and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the pricing is reasonable. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support team. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say they are decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
