As a homeowner, I recently worked with this company to buy a new property. The experience was overall average. The realtors were professional and knowledgeable, and they helped me find a few options within my budget. However, the communication could have been better, as I often had to chase them for updates. Additionally, I felt like they could have provided more personalized attention to my specific needs and preferences. The website was user-friendly, but I wish there was more detailed information about the properties listed. In the end, I did find a suitable home, but the process felt a bit impersonal.
