I recently had the opportunity to purchase flooring from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to browse their selection. However, I found the variety of flooring options to be quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the pricing was fair, I did come across similar products at slightly lower prices from other retailers.

When it came to customer service, the staff was polite and helpful, but I did encounter a slight delay in receiving responses to my inquiries. Delivery was on time and the quality of the flooring itself was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would consider my experience with this company to be average. While they provided a decent service, there are other options in the market that offer a wider range of products and potentially better pricing.
