I had a mixed experience with Club on line. While the website is impressive and offers a wide range of options, the customer service needs improvement. There were delays in response, and some of my queries were not adequately addressed. However, once the issues were resolved, the overall booking process was satisfactory. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
