I have been a customer of Virtua telecom for several years now and I must say their service is just average. While the quality of the network is decent, I have experienced frequent outages and slow internet speeds. The customer support is also lacking, as it takes forever to get a response from them. Overall, I would rate Virtua telecom as average.
