I recently completed the retreat program and it was truly life-changing. The activities and workshops were eye-opening and the staff was incredibly supportive. I felt encouraged and motivated throughout the entire process. The holistic approach was refreshing and effective. I can't thank Saint Jude Retreats enough for helping me regain control of my life.
