I recently availed the services of an insurance broker for my insurance needs. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I felt that there could be some improvements. The website was easy to navigate, but I would have liked more detailed information about the policies. The customer service team was responsive, but I encountered some delays in getting my queries answered. I believe with a few enhancements, the experience could have been better.
