I recently purchased some furniture from this company and have mixed feelings. The website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products, but the shipping process was a bit frustrating. The furniture arrived slightly damaged and their customer service was slow to respond. 😕 On the positive side, the quality of the furniture is decent, and the prices are competitive. Overall, I'd say it's an average experience. I appreciate the variety of options but wish the customer service was more efficient in handling issues. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and shipping processes to provide a better experience for customers.
