I had an average experience with Courterco. Their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the product I received was not up to the mark. It looked and felt cheap compared to the pictures on their website. The customer service was also just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, it was an okay experience with Courterco.
