I recently visited this women's care facility for an annual check-up. The staff were polite and the waiting area was comfortable. However, I found the appointment scheduling process to be a bit inconvenient as it was challenging to get an appointment at a suitable time. Additionally, during my visit, I felt the medical staff could have been more informative about the examination process and the results. Though I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, I believe there are areas where the service could be improved to enhance the overall patient experience.
