I ordered a product from O trade and it arrived on time. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the product. It didn't quite meet my expectations. I reached out to the customer support team and they offered me a refund or a replacement. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue, but it was still a bit of a hassle. Overall, an average experience.
