The museum run by lafdmuseum.org is a fantastic place to learn about the history of the fire department. The exhibits are well-curated and informative. I particularly enjoyed the interactive displays that allowed me to experience what it's like to be a firefighter. The staff members were helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this museum to anyone interested in firefighting or the history of the fire department.
