I have been a customer of Valley-bay therapy, inc. for several years now, and I must say that their services are absolutely average. While they are not outstanding, they do a decent job in providing therapy. The therapists are knowledgeable and professional. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the facilities and the overall ambiance. The rates are also quite high compared to other therapy centers in the area. Overall, my experience with Valley-bay therapy, inc. has been satisfactory.
