I recently had an opportunity to work with this company for an event I was organizing. The website was easy to navigate and had a good layout that provided all the necessary information. However, the communication with the company was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The services provided were average, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible either. The band performed well, but there were some technical issues that could have been handled better. Overall, it was an average experience working with the company. If they could improve their communication and attention to detail, it would definitely enhance the overall customer experience.
