I am a CUSTOMER who recently used Florales for a special occasion, and I must say that I had an average experience. The flowers were delivered on time, and the arrangement was decent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the flowers as they started wilting after just a few days. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
