I have been a customer of Ma.ca srl for a long time and I can say that their service is average. The quality of their work is decent, but there are definitely areas where they could improve. The customer support is sometimes slow to respond and it can be frustrating when you're trying to get a problem resolved. However, the pricing is reasonable and they always deliver on time.
