I had a pretty average experience with African Tech Lab. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, I found the overall quality of their products to be lacking. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better value for my money. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it was definitely forgettable.
