The furniture shopping experience was decent overall. The showroom had a wide selection of sofas, but I felt that the staff was a bit too pushy in trying to make a sale. The quality of the sofas seemed good, but the prices were on the higher side compared to similar stores. The delivery process was smooth and the sofa arrived in good condition, but I wish there was more flexibility in the delivery schedule. The customer service was friendly, but it took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, it was an average experience.
