The experience I had with Shiny Creek was average. The website was easy to navigate and all the information I needed was easily accessible. However, I found the customer service to be quite lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their responses were not very helpful. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
