I recently booked a tour with this company and found the experience to be average. The itinerary was well-planned and the destinations were interesting, but the execution fell a bit short. There were some communication issues with the local guides, and the transportation arrangements were not as smooth as expected. Additionally, the accommodation was acceptable but nothing exceptional. On the positive side, the tour leader was knowledgeable and friendly, and the overall cost was reasonable. I would consider giving this company another chance in the future, but there is definite room for improvement in terms of operational details and customer service.
