I had an average experience staying at Saya Grand Resort & Club. The customer service was decent and the amenities were satisfactory. However, I expected more from a resort of this caliber. The rooms were clean but lacked some necessary facilities. The food at the restaurant was average and lacked variety. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would probably choose a different resort next time.
