The overall experience with Phuket Serenity Villas was average. The villa was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local amenities. However, the wifi was quite slow and there were some maintenance issues with the bathroom. Overall, an average stay.
