The customer service at Brico house is average. I found the staff to be polite and helpful, but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate and I appreciate that they offer free shipping on orders over $50. However, I think the prices are a bit high compared to other similar stores. Overall, I had an average experience with Brico house.
