The yoga classes at mulayoga.ca are amazing! The instructors are skilled and attentive, making sure everyone is in the correct postures. The studio is well-equipped and always clean. I've been practicing yoga for years, and Mula Yoga is definitely one of the best places I've been to. Highly recommended!
