I recently opened an account with this bank after hearing positive things about them. The website (faib.com) is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. However, the online banking experience could be smoother. The mobile app needs improvement too. On the bright side, the customer service team is helpful and responsive.😃 Overall, the bank is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in their technology and digital channels. I hope to see upgrades to their online and mobile platforms in the future.
