I have been a regular at the Yoga Center of Carmel for the past two years and it has become my second home. The studio has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, which makes it a great place for everyone regardless of their skill level. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always providing guidance and modifications when needed. The variety of classes offered ensures that there is always something new and exciting to try. I can't recommend the Yoga Center of Carmel enough!
