I have had a mixed experience with Popjes & piraten. While their website is easy to navigate and their product range is impressive, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. In one instance, it took longer than expected to receive a response to my query, and in another, I received a damaged item. However, I must mention that they promptly resolved these issues once I brought it to their attention. Overall, I would say that Popjes & piraten is a decent company with potential for improvement.
