Hotel Julien Dubuque is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown Dubuque. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
