Sestra Systems' technology has been a mixed bag for us. On one hand, it has improved our beverage dispensing operations, helping us keep up with demand and reduce waste. On the other hand, we have faced some technical issues and the support has been average. We appreciate the efforts of the team at Sestra but believe there is room for improvement in both their technology and customer service.
