I've enjoyed my time living at Valentine Commons. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is responsive. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring apartments can be heard at times. Overall, it's been a positive experience.
