I recently bought some products from contourdesign.com and I have mixed feelings about my purchase. While the products are decent, they didn't meet my high expectations. The customer service was average - not bad, but not outstanding either. I hope Contour Design, Inc. can work on improving their product quality and customer service to better meet customer expectations.
