I recently attended an event at Congregation Or Chadash and had a decent experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was accommodating. However, I found the website, orchadash-tucson.org, a bit hard to navigate. It took me some time to find the information I was looking for. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfactory.
