👌 I've had an average experience living in an apartment managed by Summit Management Services. While the staff has been helpful, the response to maintenance requests could be more prompt. The property is well-maintained overall, but some areas could use improvement. The amenities provided are good. I would consider other options before recommending Summit Management Services.
