I recently attended a course at castalimenti.it and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were amazing and the curriculum was well-rounded. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises, which allowed me to put my skills to the test. The best part was that the training wasn't limited to cooking techniques, but also covered the business side of the industry. Highly recommend!
