I recently purchased a set of tires from this company and I must say, my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery time was a bit longer than expected. The tires themselves are of decent quality and have performed well so far. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. I had some questions about the installation process and it took quite a while to get a response from their team. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have a good selection of tires and the quality is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
