🌟🌟🌟 I recently used the waste management services from this company and the experience was decent overall. The website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. The pickup scheduling process was efficient and the communication was satisfactory. However, the pickup crew arrived a bit later than the expected time. The workers were polite and professional, but I noticed a slight lack of attention to detail during the collection process. One of my bins was not completely emptied, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the company offered competitive pricing and the billing process was smooth. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would say my experience with the company was average. They might need to work on improving their timeliness and attention to detail. Overall, I would consider using their services again in the future. 🚚♻️
