As a frequent traveler, I recently had the chance to experience Avantiair's services and overall, I found them to be average. The company's website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made booking my flight hassle-free. However, I was disappointed with the lack of options available for my desired destination. The customer service was decent, but the staff seemed a bit detached and unenthusiastic. The in-flight experience was satisfactory, with comfortable seating arrangements and decent onboard amenities. However, the food options were limited and uninspiring. The flight itself was on time, but there was minimal communication from the crew regarding the flight status. Overall, Avantiair provided an average experience, but I was left wanting more in terms of variety and engagement from the staff.
