The overall experience with Rocoland has been average. They have a decent selection of products on their website, but the prices are somewhat high compared to other similar companies. The customer service representatives were helpful and friendly when I had questions about my order. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the packaging was not very sturdy, which resulted in some damage to the product. Overall, Rocoland is an okay company to order from, but there are definitely areas where they could improve.
