I've tried several online bread-making courses, but Baguette Academy is by far the best! The instructors are so passionate and their love for baking really shows. The course materials are well-structured and easy to follow, and the video lessons are clear and concise. I feel much more confident in my bread-making skills now. Highly recommend!
