I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and I recently started taking classes at this studio. It's been a truly transformative experience for me. The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels. The studio has a calming atmosphere and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this yoga center!
