I recently used the company's services and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed. 😐 The website promised top-notch service, but the actual experience fell short. The technician was polite, but the quality of the work was just average. I felt like the job wasn't completed thoroughly, and I had to call them back to fix some issues. The communication also could have been better. Overall, I'd rate the experience as okay, but definitely not exceptional. I hope they can improve on their attention to detail and customer communication in the future.
