I have been attending martial arts classes at martialartsidaho.com for a few months now and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a positive learning environment. The Dojo provides a great opportunity to improve fitness, learn self-defense, and build confidence. Highly recommended!
