I recently had a medical procedure at a local hospital. The experience was great overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The facilities were modern and clean. The staff was attentive and professional. However, the communication could have been better. I had some questions and concerns, but it took a while to get a response. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
