My time at Yog Sadhna Ashram was truly transformative. The instructors were not only skilled in their practice, but they also radiated a genuine passion for yoga. The retreat had a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the experience. The daily yoga classes were diverse and challenging, pushing me to explore new boundaries.
