I had an average experience with Southern Cross Cultural Exchange. The program was decent, but there were a few areas for improvement. The staff was friendly, but sometimes it was hard to reach them. The host family I stayed with was okay, but they didn't really make an effort to involve me in their daily life. The cultural activities were interesting, but I wish there were more options available. Overall, it was a decent experience.
