I recently had a massage at the R1 spa and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is so soothing and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The massage therapist was highly skilled and really knew how to work out all the knots in my muscles. I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!
