I have tried several different pilates studios in the past, but Absolution is by far the best. The instructors are excellent and really know their stuff. The classes are challenging but doable, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. The studio itself is clean and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend Absolution to anyone looking to improve their pilates practice.
