I recently visited a resort and had a decent experience overall. The service was satisfactory, the room was clean, and the facilities were adequate. However, I felt that the resort lacked a personal touch and the staff seemed a bit impersonal. Maybe it was just an off day, but I expected more from such a renowned establishment. Despite these minor setbacks, I still had a pleasant stay.
