I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Portek's services for a while now. I must say that their service is average. They deliver what they promise, but there is nothing outstanding about it. I expected more from such a reputed company. Their website portek.co.uk is user-friendly, but the response time is a bit slow. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
