I had a mixed experience with Rotec Hydraulics Ltd. While their customer service was prompt and friendly, their product quality was inconsistent. Some of the items I purchased were of excellent quality and performed as expected, but a few others had defects or broke after a short period of use. Overall, I would rate Rotec Hydraulics as average.
